Print Email We have presented the prequel models earlier, now it's time to have a look at the Star Wars era that many consider as their favourite: The Imperial Era. Our modelers and texture artists have created some beautiful models which we would like to show you today.
For the Empire faction, we start off with the basic Stormtrooper model that must not be missing in any Star Wars game. In addition, we present to you the more specialized Biker Scout Trooper you might know from the battle on Endor.
As for the Rebellion, you'll be able to play with two characters that are very well known as well. The Rebel Fleet Trooper you know from the Tantive IV as well as an Endor commando.

Print Email Most of us have passed through finals - which means that we're back on duty! The team is slowly going back to work and the amount of things to be done before our first release is getting smaller every day.
We will also be trying to keep you informed of our progress more often. That's why we started to make video dev diarys explaining what's going on behind the scenes.
Our first video in what will hopefully become a regular feature is on the development of the ammo pickups that will be scattered throughout the maps in Deathmatch and Capture the Flag modes.

Print Email We will be doing some maintenance on our webserver this weekend. This might cause some outages between Sunday and Monday. To avoid data redundancy, we will shut down the website and associated services on Sunday. After the maintenance, the services will go back to normal automatically. Print Email Jean has just finished cutting some footage that we shot at FedCon. Since there have been many questions concerning ingame footage, listen up: This little video contains only footage from our booth at FedCon. Impressions of the visitors as well as gameplay scenes from the tournament. Speaking of which: If you look closely, you'll also find our tournament winner in that video, who carries a yellow shirt. First of all: I am sorry about the delay. I'm sure you waited curiously for some news from FedCon. First thing I can say is: It's been a blast! Second thing, which also explains the delay: Have you ever heard of a phenomenon called "con-blues"? When I first went to that convention, people warned me about that effect which would cause a certain depression and demotivation to do anything straight after the con. What seemed like a joke to me at first is actually a fact and has to do with the tremendous mood and excitement that FedCon brings along. However, we're finally back again and here's our report. Print Email We made it! Fedcon 17 is officially underway..
Our tables are fully set up and people are fragging away on the TNE Beta. So far the responce seems quite good but it's still a bit too early to tell.. Heres a few sneak-peek photos we just got back from the con: (Click on the thumbs to see the full-size image. )
There should be more follow up on fedcon soon... Stay tuned.. And feel free to stop by and check us out at the convention ;)

Print Email We have finalized our evaluations after the numerous applications we received. First of all: Thanks to every applicant for taking the time to fill our form! In this first run, we have selected a total of 23 testers. Our decision was based on numerous factors, such as time zones, available time periods, hardware configurations and the overall impression of the application. If you haven't made it in - don't worry! There might still be chances to get in in the second run or later.

We talked about plans for the further development as well as concept and realisation basics of the mod. Print Email Our coder EmielRegis has recently written the first TNE developer diary. In this issue, you can find out a bit about the backgrounds of the coding work behind TNE. EmielRegis introduces you to the dynamic 3D scopes that shall make rifles more realistic.
